Intuitive Soul Healing

As a Therapist and Intuitive Healer, I work along side people on a deep compassionate level, helping my clients in many ways to uncover and deal with the core issues causing their problems, and help them find the answers to whatever is holding them back in life at this point, gently guiding them onto the path that's right for them.

Intuition is the ability to tune into any person, place or thing, is used to gain insight and understanding, which helps individuals make the changes necessary to live more peacefully within and with others.

The purpose of soul therapy is to uncover the light within yourself, discover your gifts, and to move along your soul's path.

Helping you learn to use your intuition, pay attention to hopes and dreams, and practice making them a reality.

Soul therapy helps you to Self Heal and to move forward in your life feeling loved, empowered and focused.
Using energy work, cord cutting, mediation, chakra balancing and journaling along with intuitive guidance, we will work together using your energy level to feel what the physical body is holding onto.

Together we can bring these blocks to the surface, using intuitive guidance and your own unique greatness we can move through these energy blocks with healing, love and light and be once again reunited with your own strength and courage to continue to resolve situations that come into your daily life.
Healing is not about good or bad, right or wrong; it is about honesty and self-awareness.
Healing asks us to go to deep within ourselves for guidance to our problems, as only we as the individual have the answers.

I do not tell people what they should do, or how they should think, or act, l just work along side, helping them to find the answers hidden deep within themselves,
through them being able to open up and talk about thoughts feelings and emotions in a 'space in time' place that is especially for them, where everything that is said is confidential and not judged in anyway,
whatever it might be.

Soul therapy will give you a new lease of life, motivating you to discover your spiritual self,
leading to a balanced and happier life.

Self Healing

What does it mean to self heal?
How does one even begin to start self healing?
“Self Healing” is the ability to quietly go within and allow yourself to hear, and the ability to shut off the outside world and mindless chatter, by going deep within and listening to what the body is telling you.
This is not easy, since we have never been taught how to achieve this state of being, but in trusting ourselves and allowing this process to take control of our mind and body and embark upon a new way of looking at our lives.

Never assume that you don’t know what is causing your illnesses as your inner self is quite aware of what is happening and what the underlying causes are.
We turn to the medical professionals to tell us what is wrong, taking for granted they will help and heal us, but often we have the ability to do that ourselves.
I am not saying you shouldn't take any medication when prescribed, or not listen to what the doctors are telling you as they are there to help and assist you in your healing but ultimately it is up to you to make the healing happen and have it take effect.

Our bodies naturally want to heal themselves, and instinctively knows what to do when problems happen and disease hits, but it often needs a reminder on how to heal itself as we have stopped using our natural powerful ability, but often by changing our thought patterns, and how we feel and view ourselves and others can have a profound healing effect on our bodies.

Its nothing short of magical.

 Journaling

Keeping a journal will take you on a journey of self discovery, exploration, fun, and insight about yourself and the world around you.
Journaling is a great method for working out problems, and finding solutions.

Life is a constant learning experience so why not record your lessons learned and chart your progress by keeping a journal, as the benefits of journaling are many. It helps with your personal growth and is a problem solver, as well as reducing stress and brings about healing.
By looking back in your journal you can see where you had insight about something before it happened. You can read between the lines so to speak and see that your inner voice was speaking to you, and this will help you with your intuition and help you gain trust in your own first impressions.

One of the biggest benefits is finding your own voice. This is a very personal experience that has no limits or boundaries. You control every word and the way you record them.

By keeping a journal in your own personal style and for your own personal reasons, will bring great benefit to your life

Building Self Esteem

Self-esteem is how you feel about yourself as a person.
Those with high self-esteem believe that they are adequate, strong and worthy of a good life, while those with low self-esteem feel inadequate and worthless. Low self-esteem can develop in childhood and continue throughout adulthood, causing great emotional pain. Therefore, it’s important to develop a healthy, positive sense of self.

Many people base their self-esteem on external factors, such as how much money they earn, how much they weigh and whether people like and appreciate them. If one of these external variables change, self-esteem can be broadly affected. If for example your self-esteem is based on the fact that someone else loves you, then you risk feeling extremely hurt, vulnerable and worthless if that person’s love ends, in the same way building self-esteem is not an easy task if you have been abused or have suffered years of personal or professional failure.

Building self esteem is a lesson on how to be happy as you are a
unique individual and deserve all the happiness life
has to offer. It’s there for the taking,
 it’s your birthright.

By building your self-esteem and creating a positive self-awareness comes from taking an inventory of your own strengths and abilities as a human being. Being at peace with who you are and what you have to offer the world is a major part of having high self-esteem.
This “inner peace” does not mean that you are unaware of your weaknesses; it merely means that you accept who you are and genuinely like the person you have become.

I cannot say it enough, be true to your self.
From my personal experience, when I stopped trying to be like everyone else and accepted myself as I am, my self esteem grew.
